4. Artificial Intelligence Processing

These systems may process caller statements and other call information to:

AI-generated results may be inaccurate and should not be treated as guaranteed factual determinations.

5. Call Recording and Transcription

Businesses using Angel Answers are responsible for determining what notices or consents are legally required for calls they receive and for configuring and using the Service in compliance with applicable law.

We may use third-party website, analytics, or technology providers whose activities may be treated differently under privacy laws depending on the technology used and applicable law.

Where required by law, we will provide applicable privacy choices or opt-out mechanisms.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and portal may use cookies and similar technologies for:

Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect Service functionality.

First-Party Website Journey Analytics

We automatically record a limited sequence of activity on our public marketing and signup pages to understand which content helps visitors and where signup becomes difficult. This includes fixed page and section labels, visible section progress, coarse active-time and scrolling ranges, public demo playback and listening progress, named navigation and trial-link interactions, signup attempts and technical failures, an estimated phone/tablet/desktop category, and whether a hidden page is observed returning. On checkout, we record only explicit card-form rendered and technical-error signals; we do not generally inspect browsing inside private account pages.

One first-party collector uses a random session cookie shared between our website and signup portal. The session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and lasts no more than 24 hours. When you authenticate, we may link the retained session to your account and confirmed account, setup, checkout, trial and subscription-payment records. These outcomes come from server/account/billing records; a browser button click or displayed checkout is not proof of a trial or payment. Device classes and visible activity are estimates, not proof of attention or a reason for leaving.

We use fixed event labels and bounded campaign identifiers. We do not collect form values, passwords, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment-card details, recordings, transcripts, arbitrary page text, raw error messages, full URLs or advertising click identifiers through this behavior collector. It does not store IP addresses or raw user-agent strings, fingerprint a visitor, or recognize the same person across different devices. Hosting and security infrastructure may separately process connection metadata to deliver and protect our services.

Optional website journey analytics, public arrival reporting and advertising measurement are on by default. One choice, Opt out of optional cookies in Privacy choices, disables all three. We respect existing valid opt-outs from earlier website or advertising preferences, as well as supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Saving the choice with the opt-out unchecked enables optional measurement unless a supported browser privacy signal blocks it. A first-party preference cookie remembers an explicit choice for up to 180 days. Opting out stops future optional collection, clears stored browser campaign and session information and requests unlinking of the retained session from your account; that request must reach our service. Essential sign-in, account and payment functions continue to work. Your choice does not delete separate account/billing records.

Behavior reports use a rolling 30-day window. We remove expired behavior events, sessions, milestone links and account bindings during capture, binding and scheduled maintenance; physical deletion can follow the reporting cutoff at the next maintenance run. Historical anonymous aggregate counts remain separately labeled until their existing 30-day retention expires. They cannot be reconstructed as individual journeys. Requests blocked by browser settings, network failures or intake limits can leave gaps, and no observed continuation is not proof of abandonment.

Website Advertising Measurement

We keep campaign labels, such as the advertisement or link that introduced a business to Angel, to understand which campaigns lead to trials and paying customers. We may connect those labels to the business account and subscription records. Browser campaign records expire after 30 days; account-level attribution is retained with the related account and billing records under the retention policy below.

When optional measurement is enabled, we use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure public website and registration activity, trial starts, and first paid subscriptions. Information shared may include event times, public page addresses, browser and device information, advertising click and cookie identifiers, a pseudonymous account identifier, and the amount and currency of a qualifying subscription payment. Meta processes this information under its Privacy Policy.

Selected coarse engagement signals, such as substantial public demo listening, pricing engagement and an engaged public visit, use the same optional-measurement choice. Detailed section and control observations are not sent to Meta. Clearly labeled test sessions are excluded from customer journey reports and public arrival counts and do not generate normal advertising events.

We do not send caller recordings, transcripts, caller contact details, service addresses, or private dashboard content through this advertising integration. Trial buttons and account registrations are not reported as completed paid subscriptions.

Use Privacy choices on our website or account portal to change the shared optional-measurement choice. When you change your choice while signed in, it also applies to future server-side advertising events for your account. A new default-on browser visit does not change historical account permissions or resend previously suppressed events. Changing your choice does not affect your ability to use the Service or remove events already sent.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to:

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, Customer configuration, legal requirements, and operational needs.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete or de-identify it.

10. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet, telephone, cloud, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
